What you get with the Jira integration
Auto-created tickets
When a changeset merges, suky creates a Jira ticket for each event requiring implementation. Tickets include the full event spec — name, properties, types, and validation rules.
Bidirectional status sync
Jira workflow transitions sync back to suky. When a ticket moves to Done, the event status updates automatically. No manual status tracking.
Project & board routing
Route tickets to the right Jira project and board based on event category or workspace rules. Map suky event statuses to your Jira workflow.
Webhook-driven updates
Jira webhooks push transitions, comments, and assignee changes to suky in real time. Your event schema always reflects the latest implementation state.
Setup
How to connect Jira
Go to Settings → Integrations → Jira in suky.
Click Connect and authorize suky via OAuth.
Select the Jira project and issue type for new tickets.
Merge a changeset and watch implementation tickets appear in Jira.
